The Hutchinson Utilities Commission will also accompany General
Electric and Curtiss Wright on inspection tours during the first
part of December.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 4:45 p.m.

All Commissioners were present, also Mgr. Wacker.
The meeting was called to order by President Quade at 11 a.m.
After discussion, a motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by
Commissioner Tracy, and carried, to accept Supplement No. 2 to the
Inter change Service Agreement between Municipal Utilities Commission of
the City of Hutchinson and United Power Association as revised (copy
attached).
A meeting was set for 1 p.m., Wednesday, November 19, 1975, for the
Commission and Staff.
The meeting adjourned at 11:40 a.m.
