All Commissioners were present; also Mgr. Wacker, Counsel Gilmer,
and George Totushek of the Hutchinson Insurance Agency.
President Quade called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m.
Mr. Totushek was present to discuss insurance on Gas Steam Turbine
Unit - Internal Combustion Engines and Generators. He stated that our
present coverage with Western National Mutual Insurance Company would
not be renewed. As an alternate he offered a proposal from the Hart-
ford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company.
The final Agreement of the Circle -Hutch contract was duly signed by
proper Hutchinson Utilities officers and sent on to Circle Pines Utility
for their signatures.
After discussion on the Agreement by the Hutchinson Utilities and
Salaried and Staff Personnel a motion was made by Commissioner Filk, sec-
onded by Commissioner Tracy, and carried, to adopt the same.
The motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner Tracy,
and carried, that the President and Secretary be authorized to execute
the Warranty Deed conveying the property described at 22 Main Street North
in the City of Hutchinson, to Chas. J. Wilson of Hutchinson, Minnesota.
There being no further business, the meeting ad' t 12 noon.
