Special Meeting
December 22, 1975
All Commissioners were present; also Mgr. Wacker, Ruth Hakel,
and "Butch" Wentworth.
The meeting was called to order by President Quade at 2 p.m.
The meeting was called to discuss insurance on Turbine and Diesel
Engines, Generating and Steam Boiler. It was decided to let the
Western National Mutual Insurance coverage terminate on December 31,
1975. Quotes on new coverage will be forthcoming.
Mr. Bob Roberts of 7 East Realty appeared requesting information
on the Utilities building across from the Genrating Plant.
Ruth Hakel and "Butch" Wentworth discussed general employee rela-
tions especially in the discipline area. The Commission felt they
were handling the problems properly.
The meeting adjourned at 3:15 p.m.
