January 5, 1976
All Commissioners were present; also Ruth Hakel, "Butch" Went-
worth, of the Utilities; Richard Peterson of Peterson & Gilmer;
and Bob Palmquist, Carl Wardlow, and Don Swanson of Associated
Consultants.
The meeting was called to order by President Quade at 1 p.m.
A discussion was held concerning the resignation of George
Nelson as of January 5, 1976. It was decided to send a letter
to George Nelson accepting his resignation with payment for services
rendered including vacation time less the outstanding account
due the Hutchinson Utilities.
Don Swanson of Associated Consultants read a letter from Carleton D.
Beh Company concerning the sale of bonds for the turbine recently
purchased from Curtiss - Wright. Mr. Swanson was instructed to pro-
ceed with the reports needed to finalize the sale of bands.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
