Monthly Meeting
Priarch 1, 1943
The regular monthly meetinF7 of the Light and Power Commission
was held at the LiEh.t Plant office at 5;00 P.M.
All Commissioners and Sup t t . Young rrere present. The minutes
of the meeting, of February 1, 1943 were read and approved.
Commissioner Dahl intro�di.aced the follovin � resolution and
moved its adoption.
Resolution.
`,7hereas, the Cit7r Council of the City of Hutchinson, Minnesota
advise there is insufficient funds in the Cen_er. al Fund of said
City to meet current obligations and,
".'hereas, the Light and Power Commission h ^s no current obligations
which they are unal)le to meet, therefore be it,
Resolved, by the Light and Povaer Col - -i ssion of the Cit�r of
H utchinson, 1V inne sota that a contribution of the sum of thirt'T
thousand dollars(P,000.00 be made to the City Treasurer for
deposit in the ryeneral 71ind of said City.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Thompson. Upon roll
tali., all Commissioners voted aye, whereupon President Sheppard
declared the resolution duly adopted.
