Resolution oN C) , Where as the Light and Power Commission of the City of rn Hutchinson, Minnesota have heretofore entered into -a contract with Busch - Sulzer Bros. Diesel Engine Company of St. Louis, Missouri, for the purchase of an engine and generating unit, in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Buell and Winter Engineering Company of Sioux City, Iowa, the City Engineers, and Whereas said engine and generating unit has been installed by said Company and hasbeen inspectediexamined, and tested by the said Engineers and found to be complete and satisfactory in all respects and in accordance with the said plans and specificatiore and with the contract purchase there of. - Now, therefore be it resolved by the -Light and Power commission of the City of Hutchinson, Minnesota that the engine and generating equipment be accepted and the final payment of $9096.84 be paid and the contract considered closed. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Thompson and upon roll call all Commissioners voted aye. Where upon President Sheppard declared the resolution duly adopted.
