Special Meeting
April 4, 1942
A special meeting of the Light & Power Commission was
held at 5500 P. M. at the Light Plant office.
All Commissioners were present. Fred W. Putney was also
present.
The minutes of the special meeting of March Z, 1942 were
read and approved.
Motion was made, seconded and unanimously carried that
J. Carl Scherer of Howard Lake, Minnesota.be authorized to make
necessary repairs to the plant building roof, and that the charges
for same be on a time and material basis.
Motion was made, seconded and unanimously carried that the
old temporary office in the Southwest corner of the original building
be dismantled.
Motion was made, seconded and unanimously carried that as of
April 1. 1942 the salaries of the following employees be increased
as follows
