03-07-1942 HUCMSpecial Meeting - March 7, 1942
A Special Meeting of the Light & Power Commission was
held at 5 p. m. in the offices of Dr. R. I. Sheppard, President.
All Commissioners were present.
Motion was made seconded and passed unanimously that
all orders for supplies and materials be authorized by the
President of the Light Plant Commission before being placed.
Motion was made seconded and - passed unanimously that
the operation and maintenance of the Plant, including Distribution
System, be under direct supervision of the Commission.
Motion was made, seconded and passed unanimously that
R. W. Strohmeier be given permission to accept employmentas
arranged between himself and Buell & Winter Engineering Company,
of Sioux City, Iowa.
