M. at the Plant office. All members were present. Superintendent Strohmeier was also present. Moved seconded and carried that R. W. Dahl be appointed Secretary to succeed Fred W. Putney, resigned. The meeting adjourned to the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard President. Minutes of the meeting held Aug. 40 1941 read and approved. Motion made, seconded and carried that Ben D. Jerabek be employed as mechanic at $125.00 per month, effective September 8, 1941. Motion made, seconded and carried that Felix Esping be paid $130.00 per month and that Gilbert Jenike be paid 065.00 per month, effective September 1; 1941• Motion made, seconded and carried that the following changes in duties of plant personnel be made, effective on September 7, 1941: That James Moran, Lloyd Mackedan z and Utto Homburg alt - ernate shifts as operators, and that Ross Heilman and Felix Esping alternate shifts as relief operator and assistant mechanic.
