A special meeting of the Light & Power Commission was
held at the Light Plant office at 5 :00 P. M. All members
were present. Superintendent Strohmeier and Mr. L. A. Winter
of the Buell &. Winter Engineering Company were also present.
Mr. Winter presented plans and specifications for the
building and accessories.
A?otion was made, seconded and carried that the plans
and specifications presented by Yr. Winter he accepted.
Motion was made, seconded and carried that 10 :00 A.1M1.
Wednesday 'March 12, 1941 be set as the time for receiving
and opening of bids for construction of the building and
for electric wiring and accessories and that official
publication of "Notice to Bidders" be printed in the
Hutchinson Leader and the "Improvement Bulletin."
Motion was made, seconded and carried that $3,000.00
be paid to the Buell & Winter EngineerinE, Company at this
time, to apply on their contract.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
