Special Meeting
December 19, 1939
A Special meeting of the Light & Power Commission was held
at 5 :00 P. M. at the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard.
All members were present$ Mr. Strohmeier, Superintendbnt was
also present.
Motion was made, seconded and unanamoiusly carried that
Felix W. Esping be employed as operator at a salary of $90.00
per month, a vacancy having been created by the death of Mr.
Paul J. Anderson on December 19, 1939.
