01-06-1941 HUCM1.41 Monthly keeting January 6, 1941 The regular monthly meeting of the Light & Power Commission was held at 5 :00 P. M1. at the Light Plant office. Commissioners Dahl and Sheppard were present. Supt. Strohmeier was also present. Due to the absence of Commissioner Thompson, a motion was made, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn until 5:00 P.M., Thursday January 9, 1941. o Attest: Secretary residen BE IT RESOLVED by the Light & Power Commission of the City of Hutchinson that the President of said Commission and the Secretary of said Commission be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute, in behalf of said Commission, a certain contract by and betwwen the said Commission and the Schneider Electrical Works, Omaha, i�ebraska, which said contract is dated January 6, 1941- Commissioner ?)ahl seconded the motion. Upon roll call. all Commissioners voted aye, whereupon President Shepnard declared the resolution duly adopted.
