01-05-1942 HUCMLJ 1 January 5, 1942 - Monthly Meeting The regular meeting of the Light & Power Commission was held at 5 P. M. at the Plant office. All members were present. Superintendent Strohmeier was also present. The minutes of the meetings of December 1, 1941 and Dec . 30, 1941 were read and approved as read. Motion was made, seconded and carried that final payment of $350.89 be made on their engineering contract to the Buell & Winter Engineering Company. Motion was made, seconded and carried that effective January 1, 1942 the salaries of the following emplbyees be raised to the amounts indicated; Ben D. Jerabek , $135.00 James J. Moran , 125.00 Lloyd J. Mackedanz 120.00 Gilbert Jenike 75.00 Motion was made, seconded and carried that effective January 8, 1942, Fred W. Putney be employed at the salary of $100.00 per month. Motion was made, seconded and carried that effective January 8, 1942, R. W. Wolf be employed as night watch and helper at the salary of $80.00 per month.
