Upon notice duly given the Light and Power Commission
met at the office of the President, R. I. Sheppard, in the
City of Hutchinson at 7;00 P.M., All members were present.
R. W. Strohmeier, Plant Superintendent, and Paul J. Anderson
were also present.
The minutes of the meeting of December 12 were read
and a ppr ov ed as read.
Commissioner R. W. Dahl introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption;

Be it further resolved, that Paul J. Anderson subscribe
to an oath that he will faithfully and impartially discharge
the duties of such Secretary.
Commissioner Thompson seconded the foregoing resolution
and upon roll call all membe rs voted aye, thereupon the
President of said Commission declared the same duly adopted.
