October 20, 1936.
Upon notice duly given the Light and Power Commission
met at the office of the President, I. I. Sheppard, of
said Commission, in the City of Hutchinson at 8 :00 o'clock
P. M. on the above date, all members being present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and
approved as read.
The following bills were allowed and on motion duly
made, seconded and carried were ordered paid:
Minn. Western R. R. Co. freight $539.73
C. M&St. P. R.R. Co. 1.76
Western Oil & Fuel Co. Fuel oil 368.15
Upon motion duly made seconded and carried Leif Larson
-w" hired as line service man at a salary of $140.00 per
month.
Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried an agree-
ment was entered into with W. C. Wolff of Wolff Motor
Company as follows:
Rent from W. B. Wolff storage space for two trucks,
line material, supplies etc. This space to be in Garage
opposite City Hall. Heat furnished by Mr. Wolff. Rent for
November 1936s, December 1936s, January 1937, February 1937,
March 1937 to be $20.00 per month. April May, June, July
August, September and October 1937 to be W-00 per month
Light to be furnished by Municipal Electric Plant, renters.
This araangement and agreement to cover the period of one
year as stated.
The Secretary was instructed to get bids on light
pick up truck from Ford, Plymouth, Terraplane and Chev-
rolet dealers.
There being no further business the meat ing adjourned.
