Members to Approve Short Sale Requests and Subordination Requests on Behalf of the Housing
and Redevelopment Authority of Hutchinson, MN and the Chair or Executive Director to Execute
the Required Documents.
9. SCDP REHAB PROJECTS
Consideration of approval for Doering, ENEN SCDP Loan, contingent to the Loan Review
Committee's approval.
10. CONSIDERATION TO DISCONTINUE HRA ENERGY SAVER REBATE PROGRAM DUE TO
FUF MANUAL CHANGE — `Borrower shall not receive kickbacks, rebates, discounts, and /or
compensation from any subcontractor, or any party to the transaction.
