Downtown - Main Street - Sandwich Board Regulations (passed February of 2003) 2. 3rd Avenue Requests: Mast property (CUP for Construction Company); Rolfe property (CUP for Construction Company); Stearnswood (CUP Pole Building); Cenex (Height Variance for Fertilizer - not constructed); Hutchinson Manufacturing (Connection of Pole Buildings) 3. Wendy's (CUP - flood plain and drive thru) - also realignment of the street 4. Rolling Meadows (Existing and Proposed Subdivisions) 5. Bethke - Adams Street (Variance for garage) 6. Jefferson Street Developments (Summerset, Edmonton Avenue Construction, Reconstruction of Jefferson Street, Southwind Development, and Farr Development) 7. Menards Area and Southern Commercial Area - Arby's (CUP for drive thru) 8. Hospital Additions (Variance from Freemont for setback) 9. Ravenwood Area (Ravenwood East, Middle and West subdivisions) 10. Introduction of Planning Commissioners/Council Members. 2. Discussion of purpose for providing public service (how long and why you were interested in serving the Commission or Council.) 3. Discussion/feedback regarding ordinances that were reviewed over the last year (Nuisance Ordinance, Sandwich Boards, Dog Kennels, Temporary Signs, Access Management for Highway 7.) 4. Discussion of new items or topics to consider over the next year. 5. Feedback regarding processes. (Discuss ways to improve or streamline process for applicants, i.e. meeting more often for the PC in summer to respond more quickly to special requests.) 6. Name one - most important issue for each member of Commission and Council.
