07-11-2012 POLMHutchinson Police Commission Minutes
The Hutchinson Police Commission held a meeting on Wednesday July 11, 2012 at the Hutchinson
Police Station. Present at the meeting were Chairperson Verne Meyer, Commissioner Julie Jensen,
Commissioner Curtis Hughes, and Chief Daniel Hatten.
Call the Meeting to Order:
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Meyer at 5:24 p.m.
Approval of Agenda:
Chairperson Meyer asked if there were any changes to the agenda. A motion was made by
Commissioner Jensen to accept the agenda as written, seconded by Commissioner Hughes. The motion
carried unanimously.
Approval of Questions for the Records Specialist Interviews:
The Commission reviewed the Interview questions for both the initial interview panel and the second
interview panel. A motion was made by Commissioner Hughes to accept the questions with minor
revisions, seconded by Commissioner Jensen. The motion carried unanimously.
With there being no further business to discuss, a motion was made by Commissioner Jensen, seconded
by Commissioner Hughes, to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried unanimously.
Time of adjournment was 5:53 p.m.
Next Meeting to be held on July 25, 2012 at 5:30 pm.
