12-11-2001 HUCMSpecial Commission Meeting
December 11, 2001, Noon
Members Present: President, David Wetterling; Vice President Craig Lenz;
Commissioner Roger Gilmer; Commissioner Paul Ackland; Business Manager,
Patrick Spethman, and Steve Affelbacher, of Ehlers and Associates, Inc.
President Wetterling called the noon meeting to order.
Business Manger Spethman updated the Commission on MISO meetings being
held and the affects it may have on costs for power to Hutchinson Utilities
Commission.
Commissioner Ackland made a motion to adopt a resolution relating to the
current refunding of $14,075,000 Public Utility Revenue Bonds, Series 6/8/1993,
authorizing the Hutchinson City Council to provide for the issuance and sale
thereof. Vice President Lenz seconded that motion and it passed unanimously.
There being no further business at this time, Commissioner Ackland made a
motion to adjourn. Seconded by Commissioner Gilmer the motion passed
unanimously.
