09-20-1999 HUCMSPECIAL COMMISSION MEETING
September 20, 1999
Members present: Vice President, Roger Gilmer, Secretary Paul Ackland;
Commissioner Craig Lenz; Commissioner Doug Ward (on speaker phone);
Attorney Marc Sebora; and General Manger Clarence Kadrmas.
Vice President Gilmer called the meeting to order at 9:01 a.m.
Commissioner Ward made a motion to reaffirm and stay the course with the bid
award granted to Nelson Construction even though litigation was proposed by
Lovering Johnson. Seconded by Commissioner Lenz the motion passed
unanimously.
Commissioner Lenz made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by
Commissioner Gilmer the motion carried.
