While at the factory, these men would receive training in the operation and repair of this machine as called for in the specifications. Training of this nature at the factory level will be far superior to any training received on site from the supplier. I would further point out that this travel will be at no expense to the City of Hutchinson, per specifications. • City Hall Parks & Recreation Police Department 37 Washington Avenue West 900 Harrington Street 10 Franklin street South (611) 587 -5151 (612) 587 -2975 (612) 587 -2242 Hutchinson, Minnesota 55350 - Printed on wyctat papa. 0 • CITY OF HUTQII U 37 RUM AVM NO HUlQM, H1 55350 612 -587 -5151 9 IM 10. 7 PROJ&Ct H0. 92 -12 MUM'S 0Il4 : 85 000.00 CNIETION Me 7 -1992 BID ON: 8 -15 -1992 AT 10:30 A.K. The normal fee is $115.00 plus $5.00 per acre on acres affected by the petition. The total acreage to be rezoned is 115 acres (115 x $5.00 = $575.00). • The Committee felt this is an unusual situation. The McLeod County Agricultural Association is a non - profit corporation plus it is anticipated that 32.1701 acres south of the new "ring road" will be sold to the City of Hutchinson for airport purposes. An additional 25 acres immediately North of the ring road may be sold to the City of Hutchinson, County of McLeod and /or State of Minnesota. This is a long story to ask the Council if they will waive the $5.00 per acre normally required with a zoning application. Timing is becoming critical and we would like to process the application before the and of May. The Committee also felt this does not set any precedent because the "Fair Association" does not plan to move for another 100 years.
