THAT the City Administrator and City Finance Director are
authorized to sign documents authorizing transfer of City of
Hutchinson funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT the City Finance Director of the City of Hutchinson is
hereby authorized and directed to deposit in said banks and
institutions in special funds to be known as "City of Hutchinson"
all monies that may come into his hands.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
• THAT a copy of this resolution is to be filed by the City
Finance Director with each of the banks and institutions so
designated.

RE: Hutchinson Health Care Appointed Directors
Dear Mayor Cook and City Council Members:
The Hutchinson Health Care (HHC) Board of Directors, at their recent meeting, endorsed the
recommendation of the Governance Committee regarding the Hutchinson Health Care Appointed
Directors. The Board recommends to the Hutchinson City Council that the following individuals be
appointed by the City as the Appointed Directors of Hutchinson Health Care, as defined in Section 1.1
of the Restated Bylaws, for terms expiring at the annual meeting in the year set forth following each
individual's name: Sherry Ristau (2010), Michael Cannon (2011), and Kay Peterson (2009).
This recommendation was a resolution that was one of a number of transitional resolutions that were
approved by the HHC Board. As you know these members are currently members in good standing of
the Municipal Board so, you are familiar with their backgrounds and how their background skills
match the needs of the new organization. The HHC Board believes this approach provides stability and
helps to ensure a smooth start to the new organization.
