Hutchinson Police Commission Minutes
The Hutchinson Police Commission held a meeting on Tuesday November 15, 2022 at the Hutchinson Police Station.
Present at the meeting were, Chairperson Matt Beilke, Commissioner Kim Pearson, Commissioner Liz Cheney and Lt.
Adam Ament.
Call the Meeting to Order:
Chairperson Matt Beilke called the meeting to order at 4:54 pm.
Approval of Agenda:
Chairperson Beilke asked if there were any changes to the November agenda. Commissioner Pearson made a motion
to accept the agenda as written, seconded by Commissioner Cheney. The motion carried unanimously.
Approval of Minutes:
Chairperson Beilke asked the Commission to approve the minutes from the October, 2022 meeting. Commissioner
Cheney made a motion to accept the minutes as written, seconded by Commissioner Pearson. The motion carried
unanimously.
Staffing Issues: Lt. Ament asked the commission to certify the current Eligibility Roster for Hospital Security Officer.
Chairperson Beilke made a motion to certify the current roster, seconded by Commissioner Cheney. Motion carried
unanimously.
Lt. Ament briefed the commission on the progress of Officer McCormick.

Union Update:
Adjourn: Commissioner Pearson made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Cheney to adjourn the meeting. Motion
carried unanimously. Time of adjournment 5:00pm
Next meeting is Tuesday December 20, 2022 at 4:45 pm.
