Clary Forcier, Steve Jensen, and Robin Rashuba. Staff Present: Jean Wand and Judy Flenaniin .
Gary Forcier moved to approve the Hutchinson FIRA Annual Board Meeting agenda. Steve Jensen
seconded and the motion carried unanimously.

Steve Jensen moved to approve the Minutes of the ;.annual board meeting as written. Clary Forcier
seconded and the anotion carried uunan:inaoLusly.
1. Election of`Officers
Steve Jensen made a motion to keep Rence Lynn Jolitison Kotlarz as Chair, himself, Steve .lensen as the
Vice Chain-nan and Gary Forcier, as the Secretary/Treasurer, Gary Forcier seconded and the motion
carried unanimously.
4. CONSIDERATION OF 2021 [IRA ANNUAL, MEETING REPORT
Steve Jensen moved to approve the 2021. HRA Annual Meeting Report. Robin Kashuba seconded and the
motion carried uananiniou:usly.
