The city currently utilizes two local banks and two investment brokers to conduct business. See attached resolution for the full list of depositories. Forcier Mayor RESOLUTION NO. 15266 A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING STEVE COOK FOR HIS YEARS OF SERVICE AS A COUNCIL MEMBER TO THE RESIDENTS OF HUTCHINSON WHEREAS, Steve Cook has completed his term of office as a member of the Hutchinson City Council; and WHEREAS, Steve Cook served as the Mayor of Hutchinson from 2005 to 2014 and served on the Hutchinson City Council from January of 2017 through December of 2020, serving the City for 14 years; and WHEREAS, his outstanding and dedicated service has contributed much to the effective functioning of city government; and WHEREAS, Steve Cook conducted himself as Mayor and as a council member with integrity and honor and served the city well in his fourteen years of service; and WHEREAS, his many talents, leadership and dedicated service does not go unnoticed and will be missed at future city council meetings. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of Hutchinson that the City of Hutchinson, acting through its city council, does hereby express its appreciation and gratitude to Steve Cook for his outstanding leadership and dedicated service to the City of Hutchinson and to the residents of Hutchinson, and does hereby extend to him the very best wishes for the future. Turnkey options range from $125K-$175K. • Chassis will be purchased using Minnesota State bid pricing. An aluminum utility service body will be installed by dealer. An ultra- high pressure wildland pump/skid will be installed by dealer. Final emergency lighting, radios, striping, etc. will be installed by local outfitters. • The total project cost is split 50/50 between our city and rural townships. Rural townships approved this purchase at our annual meeting Feb. 6' 2020. The project has been vetted and approved through the City Fleet Committee in 2020 as well. • Estimated project completion will be mid 2021 at a maximum total cost of $108,000.
