L The meeting was called to order at 4:06 p.m. by Chair Kay Yoch.
IL Secretary's Report: The November minutes were reviewed and approved on a motion
made by Jeannette and seconded by Curt.

B. Update on Programs- No report given
V. Business
A. September presented the board with a Code of Conduct. Motion made by Curt
Dahl to accept and seconded by Jeannette Meyer.
D. Other- None
VI. Adjournment: Jeannette made a motion to adjourn at 4:15pm with a second from Curt.
The motion passed. The Senior Advisory Board's next regularly scheduled business
meeting will be held on Monday, January 27th at 10:00am.
