SPECIAL MEETING - HUTCHINSON CITY COUNCIL
MONDAY, MAY 18, 1981
The special meeting was called to order by Mayor Westlund at 2:00 P.M., with the
following present: Aldermen Gruenhagen and Beatty in addition to Mayor Westlund.
Absent: Aldermen Lueneburg and Peterson. Also present: City Administrator Plotz
and City Engineer Priebe.

City Engineer Priebe commented that the City staff would take the full 60 days be-
fore making a recommendation to the City Council.
The motion was made by Alderman Gruenhagen, seconded by Alderman Beatty, to refer
the bids to the City staff for review and recommendation. Motion unanimously car-
ried.
