05-18-1981 CCMMINUTES SPECIAL MEETING - HUTCHINSON CITY COUNCIL MONDAY, MAY 18, 1981 The special meeting was called to order by Mayor Westlund at 2:00 P.M., with the following present: Aldermen Gruenhagen and Beatty in addition to Mayor Westlund. Absent: Aldermen Lueneburg and Peterson. Also present: City Administrator Plotz and City Engineer Priebe.
