09-25-1980 CCMMINUTES SPECIAL MEETING - HUTCHINSON CITY COUNCIL THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 1980 A special meeting of the Hutchinson City Council was called to order by Mayor Westlund at 7:30 A.M. The following were present: Aldermen Peterson, Lueneburg, Gruenhagen and Beatty, and Mayor Westlund. Absent: None. Also present was City Administrator Plotz. The City Council discussed the proposed size of the tax increment bond issue. It was the consensus of the Council to include within the issue the following: Construction of Senior Citizen Center $360,000 (Net) Acquisition of Two Additional Parcels of Land Adjacent to Site 100,000 Railroad Service Renovation 80,000 Fees and Miscellaneous Costs 109,360 The motion was made by Alderman Beatty, seconded by Alderman Lueneburg, to set the size of the tax increment bond issue at $650,000 to include the above mentioned items. Motion unanimously carried. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. IN
