All members were present. The minutes of February 17 were read and approved. Richard Peterson, ierman Amann, and Orvis Pattison of Willmar appeared in behalf' of a reques' -ft-zona Lots it 2, and 3, lnrelme Of subdivision, from R-1, residential zone, to B-3, general basiness. Mr. Pattison wishes to we the property for the construction of a drive- in, carry -out eating establishment. Questions regarding traffic pattern off the highway and removal of a building now on the site were discussed.
