Minutes March 16, 1964
The regular meeting of the gut&,inson Planning Commission was held
on Monday, March 16, at 7;30 P.M. in the City Nall. All members were
present.
The minutes of February 17 were read and approved.
Richard Peterson, ierman Amann, and Orvis Pattison of Willmar
appeared in behalf' of a reques' -ft-zona Lots it 2, and 3, lnrelme Of
subdivision, from R-1, residential zone, to B-3, general basiness.
Mr. Pattison wishes to we the property for the construction of a drive-
in, carry -out eating establishment.
Questions regarding traffic pattern off the highway and removal of
a building now on the site were discussed.
Tergrimson made a notion that the Planning ODurdselon call a
public hearing on this request to rezone for Monday, March 30, at
8 P.M. in the City Hall. Ar. Thompson seconded. Approved.
Mr. Woel mentioned that the city manager of Montevideo has been
invited to appear at the April meeting of the Planning Commission to
discuss his city's experience with urban renewal assisted by federal
funds.

tions for a new member of the Planning Oonnission by March 30.
Carlson moved that the Planning Cowdssion request of the City
0ouncil than $250 again be included in the cityls budget for Planning
Commission expenses. Gruett sedonded. Approved.
