Members absent: Dr. Curt SW hofet, Dr. A. J. Thompson, Lloyd Torgrimson, Harry R. Haiison. Minutes of the meetings of September 26 and October 17, 1966, were read - and approved. SPECIAL PERMIT NO. 637 - Sign at Sears Roebuck & Co., Washington Ave. W. Motion was made by Floyd Hoel, seconded by Gordon Bublitz, that the Planning Commission recommends to the City Council that this application for special sign permit be approved. Carried. SPECIAL PERMIT NO. 638 - Sign at Texaco Station, NW'eorner junction Hwys. 7 and 15. Motion was made by Gordon Bublitz, seconded by Floyd Hoel, that the Planning Commission recommends to the City Council that this applica- tion for special sign permit be approved. Carried. BUILDING PERMIT NO. 636 - Pump house for Hutchinson Creamery Association. Motion was made by Floyd Hoel, seconded by Cal Bonniwell, that the Planning Commission recommends to the City Council, that this application be approved. Carried. Report given on City Council- action on the Planning Commissionts recommenda- tion for aerial survey of' the City. At their meeting of October 24, 1966, the Council approved the following: 1. Photograph 15 square miles in accordance with Item A of the proposal at a price of $850.00. 2. Three square miles of' ground control at $1.87 per acre., 3. Three square miles of mapping at $2.81 per acre. The photography was done on November 4, 1966. Review of plans of 3-M Company expansion.
