HUTCHINSON PLANNING COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEETING
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 27, 1972
A special meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order
at 11:30 a.m. by Chairman Jensen.
Members present were M. Torgerson, C. Tracy, K. Peterson in
addition to Chairman Jensen. Also present was Administrative
Assistant Mealey and Engineer Priebe.
Chairman Jensen stated that the purpose for the special meeting
is to consider the plans submitted by Miller & Melby, architects
for the apartment building for low income elderly in accordance
with provisions of Ordinance 245, as amended.
Administrative Assistant Mealey and Engineer Priebe presented the
architect's drawings indicating a height of 6S' at the parapet,
and 75' at the top of the penthouse.,
M. Torgerson moved that these heights be recommended for approval to
the City Council. C. Tracy seconded the motion. There being no
further discussion, vote was taken and all members present voted
"aye" and the motion was declared carried.
There being no further business before the Commission at this time
the meeting was adjourned at 11:59 a.m.
