January 12, 1968.
A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held
at the office of Supt. Young on January 12, 1968 at 10:00 P. M.
All Commissioners were present;
The following engineering companies submitted proposals for their
services for a Natural Gas Division Warehouse:
Pfeifer & Schultz, Inc.
Harlow Jennings
Associated Consultants
After a discussion a motion was made by Commissioner Tracy and
seconded by Commissioner Filk to accept the proposal submitted
by Associated Consultants as the cost was a great deal lower than
the other two proposals. Motion was unanimously carried.

Following motion omitted in the above minutes:
Commissioner Filk moved that the Commission call for bids for
the purchase of a cab & chassis, based on specifications prepared
by the Superintendent, and that notice of the hall for bids be
published in the Hutchinson Leader on Wednesday, January 17, 1968
and Wednesday, January 24, 1968, and that said motice provide that bids
will be received to February 12, 1968 and opened by the Commission
on February 12, 1966. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Tracy
and unanimously carried.
