Regular Meeting.
October 9, 1967.
The regular meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held
at the Hutchinson Utilities Billing Office on the 9th day of October,
1967 at four o'clock P. M.
All Commissioners were present; also Supt. Kuiken.
The meeting was called to order by the President and the minutes
of the previous meeting were read and approved as read.
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk and seconded by Commissioner
Tracy to invest $10,000.00 in a Federal Security(Banks for Cooperatives)
to mature April 1, 1968, interest 5.35 %. Motion was unanimously
carried.
The need for a gas division warehcuse was discussed and the Superin-
tendent was instructed to draw prelininary plans.
The Supt. was also given authority to employ another maintenance
man for the distribution system.
