April 8, 1963.
Monthly Meeting,
The Hutchinson Utilities Commission of the City of Hutchinson
met at the Utilities Billing Office on April 8, 1963.
All members of the Commission were present.
Motion was made by Commissioner Quade and seconded by Commissioner
Thompson to have Sint. Kuiken make application for membership in
The American Gas Association and pay the dues of $50.00 per year.
The motion was unanimously carried.
Motion was made by Commissioner Quade and seconded by Commissioner
Thompson to have Supt. Kuiken order piping as per schedule submitted
by Central Supply Company. Motion was unanimously carried.
It was also decided that the Hutchinson Utilities make arrangements
with Northern Natural Gas Company for a display at the McLeod
County Fair.
The following bills were allowed=

Municipal Electric Plant 245 903 902 284.57
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
