.Motion was made by C'orimiissi one,r Thompson to issue a check in the
amount of $25-00 to Herbert H. Schultz, Attorney, for legal ser-
vices rendered to the Natural Gas Division for the month of December.
Commissioner Kurth seconded t_-ae foregoing motion and, upon roll

call, all members of the (3orimission voted in favor thereof; where-
upon (31hairman Sheppard declared the -.notion dul'.1 T adopted.
