REGULAR MEETING
December 5, 1960
The Hutchinson Utilities Commission of the City of Hutch-
inson, Minnesota, met at the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard,
President, on December 5, 1960.
All members of the Commission were present.
Minutes of the previous monthly meeting were read and approved.
Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson to issue a check in
the amount of $25.00 for a Cash Drawer of the Natural Gas Division.
Commissioner Kurth seconded the foregoinE; motion and, upon
roll call, all members of the Commission voted in favor thereof;
whereupon Chairman Sheppard declared the motion duly adopted.
Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson to rent a building
from Mrs. T. A. Thompson, Monroe Street, for a warehouse, at a
rental of $40.00 per month.
Commissioner Kurth seconded the foregoing motion and, upon
roll call, all members of the Commission voted in favor thereof;
whereupon Chairman Sheppard declared the motion duly adopted.
Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson to invest present
surplus funds in Government Bonds.
Commissioner Kurth seconded the foregoing motion and, upon
roll call, all members of the Commission voted in favor thereof_;
whereupon Chairman Sheppard declared the motion duly adopted.
Y.otion was made by Commissioner Thompson to issue a check
to Carleton D. Beh Company in the amount of $390,084.59 for all
Pledge Orders issued up to date, including interest. All Pledge
Orders to be filed in Minutes Book.
Commissioner Kurth seconded the foregoing motion and, upon

roll call, all members of the Commission voted in favor thereof;
whereupon Chairman Sheppard declared the motion duly adopted.
