Others Present: John Olson, City of Hutchinson; Tom Parker, Hutchinson Aviation;
There was not a quorum of members present.
1. Approve December 5, 2013 Airport Commission Minutes
There was no motion to approve December minutes as no quoru t was present.
2. Airport Commission
Doug McGraw (to 09/14, second frill -term) Joel Schwarze (to 09/15, first frill -term)
Ross Peterson (to 09/16, first frill -term) Dick Freeman (to 09/17, second frill -term)

3. Hangars
Olson reported no changes in hangars since the last meeting. Finance Dept. is working on final billings for
2013 & new billings for 2014.
4. Operational Issues (Oren Proiects)
a) 2013 AIP — Report on status of project.
a. Chapters 1 -3 are in draft. Olson handed out a draft copy of Chapters 1 -3 of the Master Plan update
and asked members to review and return any continents. Draft copies will also be send to those
who weren't in attendance.
b) 2014/2015 AIP — Pavement management
a. City staff and Bolton & Menk continue to work with MnDOT & FAA on a proposed pavement
reclamation project for construction 2015. Staff proposes an engineering grant in 2014 and a
construction grant in 2015.
c) Airport services discussion.
a. RFP /RFQ process results
i. ASI Jet AG, LLC was the only party that sent in an RFQ.
ii. Based on information from previous meetings, staff will begin negotiating with ASI on
agreement.
5. Other Discussions & New Business
It was noted that several LED wallpack fixtures had been installed to replace HPS fixtures. This should
result in savings for electricity.
