April 2, 1990
Commissioners Daggett, Beatty and Lyke were present, Commissioners
Richards and Cornell were absent; also present was Counsel Prochnow.
President Daggett called the meeting to order at 12:08 p.m.
The purpose of the closed meeting was to discuss disciplinary action
against employee, Dennis Riedel, who pleaded guilty to a gross

Mr. Riedel's attorney, if he would like to be present, to discuss
the terms of continued employment.

Beatty, seconded by Commissioner Lyke to adjourn the meeting at
12:45 p.m. Motion was unanimously carried.
