All Commissioners were present; also present were Mgr. Hakel,
Counsel Peterson and Sue Winter.
President Daggett called the meeting to order at 7:45 a.m.
Counsel Peterson presented a resolution amending Resolution 13.
The following is the resolution:

RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXERCISE OF CERTAIN
POWERS OF A MUNICIPAL POWER AGENCY
WHEREAS, the Hutchinson Utilities Commission on October 7,
1986, adopted a resolution pertaining to the exercise of certain
powers of a municipal power agency; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hutchinson on
October 2S, 198G, adop-c -ecl a resolution concurring in resolution
of Hutchinson Utilities Commission, except for that part of
Minnesota Statutes, Section 453.55, Subdivision 7, which
aut :orizes the sale: of bonds or noL -es at private L�,ile; and,
WHEREAS, the Hutchinson Utilities Commission desires
to amend its original resolution to conform to the concurring
resolution of the City Council of the City of Hutchinson;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Hutchinson
Utilities Commission as follows:
1. The resolution of the Hutchinson Utilities
Commission pertaining to the exercise of certain powers of
a municipal power agency adopted on October 7, 1986, is
hereby amended to except therefrom that part of Minnesota
Statutes, Section 453.55, Subdivision 7, which authorizes
the sale of bonds or notes at private sale.
2. The original resolution of the Hutchinson Utilities
Commission dated October 7, 1986, as hereby amended and as
concurred in by the City Council of the City of Hutchinson
is hereby ratified, approved, and adopted.

A motion was made by Commissioner Beatty, seconded by
Commissioner Lyke to adopt the above resolution that amends
the original resolution. Motion was unanimously carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
8:00 a.ra.
