April 21, 1986
All Commissioners were in attendance; also present were Counsel
Peterson, Ivan Larson, Ruth Hakel and Doug Stark, Customer
Service representative from Northern Natural Gas Company.
The meeting was called to order by President Daggett at 8:30 a.m.
The following subjects were discussed:
1. Selling gas to Minnesota Mining & Mfg. during the months
of May - August.
2. Establishing a transportation rate.
3. Gas deregulation.
4. Lowering Circle -Hutch gas demand.
5. Possibility of dissolving the Circle -Hutch Board.
6. Purchasing GS -1 gas.
President Daggett thanked Doug Stark for attending the meeting.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
9:20 a.m.
