January 3, 1984
All Commissioners were present, also present were Mgr. Alexander,
Ruth Hakel, Butch Wentworth and representatives of Woodmen Accident
and Life, Charles Kroeger and Keith Winter.
The meeting was called to order at 12:30 p.m. for the purpose of
evaluating and taking action on medical insurance.
Motion was made by Commissioner Daggett, seconded by Commissioner
Lyke to continue with New York Life Insurance Company for several
months, also directed management to request enrollment in the
medical insurance plan offered by Woodmen Accident and Life with
coverage becoming effective at a future date. Motion was
unanimously carried.
Management was also directed to contribute to the City of Hutchinson
General Fund $62,500 from Gas Division and $187,500 from Electric
Division for the year 1984.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
1:35 p.m.
