All Commissioners were present, also Mgr. Alexander, Ruth
Hakel, Counsel Peterson and Wm. Porter of R. W. Beck & Company.
The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. by President
Quade.
On a motion by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy the minutes of the following Regular Meeting of
February 12, 1979 and the Special Meeting of February 14, 1979
and the Special Meeting of February 16, 1979 be accepted as
presented. The motion carried.

Mgr. Alexander then reported the following:
Engine #3 should be rebuilt.
Engine #4 needs a cylinder liner.
Engine #5 has bearing problems.
Switchgear equipment running behind schedule, waiting for a buss.
Proposes to send 11Butch" Wentworth to Pennsylvania to bring back
some switchgear equipment.
Work on switchgear building near completion.
