held on the evening of September 8, 1954 at 7 :30. The meeting was
held at Dr. R. I. SheppardIs office.
The minutes of the last monthly meeting were read and
approved as read.

for the Municipal Electric Plant's team.

Due to an oversight the following motion was not in-
serted in the above minutes.
Motion was made and-seconded to 'issue two check to the
Nordberg Manufacturing Co.= Once in the amount of $6000P this being
part- payment for the explosion proof doors purchased for the Busch -
Sulz-er engines. The other cheek in the amount of 00.00, this
being a deposit on the new Nordberg engine. /C1 - A
