Regular Meeting.
July 6, 1953.
The regular meeting of the Light & Power Commission was
held on the evening of July 6, 1953 at 7 :30•. The meeting was held at
Dr. R. I. Sheppardts office.
The minutes of the last monthly meeting were read and
approved as read.
Motion was made and seconded to increase the voltage at
Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company to 4160 Y, using 2400 v.
to 4160 v. three phase transformer.
Motion was made and seconded to accept the bid of Clydb
Gregor to repair the plant roof and resh.ingle the old warehouse roof.
Motion was made and seconded to contribute to the General
Fund of the City of Hutchinson a check in the amount of $20,000.00.
Motion was made and seconded to change the following
employees from hourly salary to a monthly salary, effective as of
July 1, 1953:
Fred Mayer $250.00
Henry C. Boller 250.00
August Luthens 225.00
Kenneth Krantz 225.00
John Metcalf 225.00
Motion was made and seconded that all bonuses remain as
they are now set for the coming year.
