Special Meeting.
A special meeting of the Light & Power Commission was held at
Dr. Sheppard's office on the evening of May 9, 1951.
All Commissioners were present, also Supt. Young.
The plans havilgebeen received from Buell & Winter, Engineers,
for the proposed garage- warehouse, were examined and found satisfactory.
A motion was made and seconded to approve the garage - warehouse plans.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Regular Meeting.
The regular meeting of the Light & Power Commission was held
at R. I. Sheppardfs office at 7j30 on the evening of June 6, 1951.
All commissioners were present, also Supt. Young.
Mirwte'i ,: f the last monthly meeting and special meeting were
read and approved as read.
The Motion was made and seconded to purchase a new typewriter.
This typewriter to be purchased after checking on the different makes.
The motion was made by Commissioner Thompson and seconded by
