Regular Meeting.
The regular meeting of the Light & Power Commission was held at
R. I. Sheppardfs office at 7;30 on May 7, 1951.
All commissioners were present, also Supt. Young.
The minutes of the last monthly meeting were read and approved
as read*
A motion was made and
seconded to purchase material to
build a
new surge tank to install
in the spare intake room for units
#5 and 6.
A•motion was made and
seconded to purchase a new Friden
Calculator. The amount to
be $549.00.

Special Meeting.
A special meeting of the Light & Power Commission was held at
Dr. Sheppard's office on the evening of May 9, 1951.
All Commissioners were present, also Supt. Young.
The plans havilgebeen received from Buell & Winter, Engineers,
for the proposed garage- warehouse, were examined and found satisfactory.
A motion was made and seconded to approve the garage - warehouse plans.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
