Tracy 2 214 Special Meeting April 20, 1976 All Commissioners were present; also Ruth Hakel, Don Schimp and I- *an Larson of the Utilities; also Paul Lemke, Richard McClure, Rodney Krasen, and Al Gravley; also Carl Wardlow, Ken Bark, and Wally Jensen of Associated Consultants and Floyd Lehne and Dennis McGill of Anderson, Lieser, & Thorsen. The purpose of the meeting was to open bids for Construction of a Roadway, Dike, and other Site Work for the Hutchinson Utilities. Bids were opened by Carl Wardlow of Associated Consultants. Bids were as follows: Miller, Miller, & Mac Schedule I & II $ 98,269.00 Paul Lemke & Son it " " 92,119.00 Scan Construction Co. it " ft 122,92.0.00 After an analyzation of the bids by Associated Consultants a motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner Tracy, and carried, to accept the bid of Paul Lemke & Son in the amount of $92,119.00 for the Schedule I & II. After discussion with members of the firm of Anderson, Lieser, & Thorsen concerning a balance on a computer feasability study, a motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner Tracy, and carried, that they be paid $1,782.50 to settle the account in full.
