Monthly Meeting
September 3, 1947
As the first Monday of the month was Labor Day, the monthly meeting was
on September 3, 1947, held at Dr. R. I. Sheppard's office at 7:30 p.m.
All Commissioners were present, also Suptl Young.
The minutes of the last monthly meeting, August 4, 1947, were read and
approved as read.
Motion was made and unanimously carried to purchase a Delaval Centr.fugeand
a Briggs Filter.
Motion was made and unanimously carried to pay Ralph Clasen $x.80 per hour
instead of $.70 per hour.
Motion was made and unanimously carried that the Commission adopt the
Public Retirement Plan and that the assessments be held from all employees
checks belonging to this association.
