Commissioner Kurth moved that the Commission accept the bid of
E. A. Pedersen Co. Inc. in the amount of $76,400.00 for Section
Four - Electrical Work - Plant Alteration and Improvement Work -1962.
Commissioner Dr. A. J. Thompson seconded the motion, and upon vote
being taken all members voted in favor thereof and none voted against
and the motion was unanimously adopted.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Pursuant to due notice and call thereof, a special meeting of the

bids for construction of the electric service building. All
