Special Meeting.
A special Meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held on
November 6, 1962 at 5:00 P. M. at the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard.
All-Commissioners were present.
Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson and seconded by Commissioner
Kurth to offer, a portion, or a part of the lot in back of the Service
Building to the City of Hutchinson for a playground and park for an
indefinite period of time. The motion was unanimously carried.
Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson and seconded by Commissioner
Kurth to have Don Comer, Attorney, handle the various angles regarding
union transactions. The motion was unanimously carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Thompson to authorize President Sheppard to sign a letter addressed to
Mr. Richard E. Wanek, Minnesota State Labor Conciliator. (Exact copy
below). The motion was unanimously earried.
